Macy’s went against my agreement

Macy’s sent me wrong size, box sad Medium but Macy’s liable on bottom say XL. I contacted support who offered me to replace item with correct size or refund me. They told me I have to return item before they can process my replacement. I sent item back, they revived it and it took them almost 5 days to complete return. They did not send me replacement but refunded me. Naturally, item is now $20 more then when I got it.
