NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

Ordered a 51 piece set of silverware. Item was never received. Tracking froze on 2/7 and customer support was not helpful. Wonder who is using my silverware today?

This particular style is a little cheap looking

Nice quality but this style, which looked very simple online, looks a little cheap in person. I swapped it out for a different style and I'm perfectly happy.
