Horrendous Unreliabe Deliveries

I ordered 2 necklaces two weeks before Father's Day- one for my husband and one for my son. The delivery was postponed 3 times and did not arrive until after Father's Day. Worse was that it wasn't even the items I ordered-- not even close. I had to return it at a local Macy's, and re-ordered the correct necklaces. Yesterday, I was already alerted that the delivery is once again postponed from the expected delivery date... Unfortunately, the recent 3 orders I placed on Macy's.com had horrendous deliveries. Very disappointed and frustrated!
