long shipping wait
I placed my order three weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about whether I'll ever receive my shipment. I don't think it's right that the item is still available to order on the app if they haven't fulfilled the order after so many days.

Product is not available and they put it for sale.
You guys are not serious at all. I ordered the jacket, and I need it by next week to go up North. However, you just informed me that I won't receive it until January 9, 2026.
