BEWARE of third party sellers
This was supposed to be my birthday dress. It came on time but the package was a completely different item. It was a lace shirt. The return instructions on the Macy’s website indicate I could walk into a store to return but when getting there I had a little difficulty returning. Turned out this was sold to me by a third party seller!?! And I had to get on the phone with customer service, then emailed a return label. The customer service phone person was confused. He didn’t tell me he was sending me a return label and poorly explained what was happening. Luckily I looked at my emails while still on the phone with him (inside the Macy’s store) I had to tell him that the email contained a label and then he said oh yeah you return using that. Over the phone was terrible. But I did have the label and will be shipping back today. Hopefully I get my refund without further issues. Beware of these third party sellers! And to be clear the woman in the Macy’s store were amazing. They stayed with me while I was on the phone with customer service so they could learn how to handle later returns with the same issue.
Sexy Dress
Great dress for date night, purchased a small and it fit well. 5’2 130 lbs, curvy frame. Do agree with other the review, the fabric is cheap. I would not pay full price for this dress., it was on sale when I purchased. I compromised because it it’s a beautiful dress and I look good in it !!!

Buyer Beware!
Item is sold from a third party vendor. When trying to return at the store I was told I couldn’t return it in store because it was a third party purchase, and that I was also past the deadline to return the item. I purchased it online on 3/10, received it 3/18, it’s 3/19 and was told it’s too late! I will try contacting customer service in the morning to try and resolve this, but that’s pretty ridiculous because it doesn’t indicate anywhere in the description that from the delivery date I’m only given one day to return. That’s what the lady at the return line told me. Not to mention one of the sleeves is longer than the other. Very cheap material! Defective dress is going to be returned! If not, you lost a customer Macy’s!
