Uncomfortable shoe

I am a little bit confused by the shoes that I buy from Macy’s. Everyone I buy have had to return. Yet I keep buying them. This one has got to be the last one that I buy. I do not understand why they are so uncomfortable. As soon as I put my foot in, the shoe was hard and it immediate squeeze my toes. I buy the 10 so that I could have room in the shoe, and it was unbearably tight. I buy shoes from Shein and pay half the amount or less for the shoes and They are comfortable right away. I do not live close to a Macy’s, so I have to buy everything online. And now I’m going to have to take a trip to return it. I’m very frustrated and disappointed as I really wanted these shoes.
