Not Delivered in 4 weeks!

Unbelievable ! I ordered on Black Friday for Christmas for my Grandchild and I still have not received it! The app says Delivered on 2 separate days! So disappointed!..I thought Macy's was dependable! Ordered a Pink and a Grape colored Sam Edelman coats for my 2 grand daughters. Receu ed 1 2 weeks ago. Kept getting on the way foe the other. I received a out for delivery 3 days ago and it was NEVER delivered! Today on Christmas Eve, I receive a text that it was delivered . I get home and a sweatshirt is in the package..NO coat! Macy's wanted to stop the 4 week clock and sent me anything. I thought Macy's had integrity!

The color is cute

The color of cute. For whatever reason my daughter zipper keeps going off track. And it’s a lot thinner than why I expected. Definitely need to be retuned
