Instead of this item I ordered, I received two pair of men's dress pants. Clearly a mistake but so disappointing since the outfit is now out of stock.

Item good process wasn’t

The product itself is great; however, the process in getting it was insane. I had to order this twice because the first item I received the jacket was obviously used and returned and macys put it back to sell without checking for quality of the returned item. It was USED! Zipper was damaged this thing was clearly washed before and worn for a WHILE. Called customer support twice and the second time the lady said the item was fully sold out in all sizes. Went online and ordered another one just in case the lady was wrong and sure enough she was. The second item was great and new and CLEAN. Still waiting on my refund though. Customer care said it would happen but it hasn’t. I would hate for anyone else to fall for this trap again.
