got a different bag

not about the product, seems like Macy's goofup. ordered an olive handbag for my wife for valentine's day. a completely different model and color was shipped. disastrous and very disappointing. have to drive 15miles to return. not going to order anything else on Macy's online. they even took down the product now. would have been better to just cancel the order.

Nice Bag but

It's huge. Edges of leather strips are frayed and I can't return. I think it is a nice bag but it isn't a handbag I want to carry around casually for fear it will catch on something and break a strip. It really is too big to use as an evening bag for me. I am not a small person and it feels awkward. Zinc color is dull I thought it had a little sheen in the pictures. I love the design and bought the black one in a smaller size which will look nice for a nice night out.
