I bought this bag in March 2026, and within a month the zipper broke down and it no longer worked. I think it was a lot of money to pay and well, I’m not going to buy bags of this brand again

Great purse for work!

This bag is really nice. While I did need to put a little wax on the zipper to run smoothly, it is now everything I thought it would be. Its big enough for everything including my water bottle and good for organization. Love it!

The zipper kept getting hung up as it came around the curve in the front.

CK Zulle backpack

I love the backpack except that the zipper is hard to close. It doesn’t run smoothly. I have difficulty closing the zipper so sometimes I have forgotten to close the purse out of frustration and the all my stuff goes flying out of it. I guess the shape of the front of the purse doesn’t allowed the zipper to close smoothly. The little pocket material is also too stiff.
