SECOND HAND ITEM AND SHODDY CONSTRUCTION

Item had been returned by another customer and parts were opened and disheveled in box-embarrassing since it was a gift. Basket connection broke first time it was used in pool - the old 'METAL ON PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION.' Macy's customers should be informed that they are receiving a RETURNED ITEM.'
