Used/Return

I was very disappointed to receive shoes that were clearly used. There were visible signs of wear, making it obvious they had been worn before. This is unacceptable for a department store purchase. Quality control should have caught this before the shoes were shipped. I expected a new product and instead received something that looked secondhand. I hope the store improves its inspection process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Perfect

I got my regular size 8.5 in the yellow color and they’re absolutely beautiful. I love how soft and comfortable they are. I’ll get them in the ivory color the next time they’re on sale.

Cute but caused blisters

The shoes are stylish and comfortable for the most part. However, after wearing them for a day, I developed blisters on the back of my heel and ankle. The pain was so intense that it took me a week to wear anything other than a sandal.

I love the Lauren Ralph Lauren Womens Barnsbury loafer. I purchased the color tan. I liked them so much And ordered them in white also. They are comfortable right get out of the box. The leather is soft and flexible. The grips on the bottom of the shoes give me confidence that I will not slip and fall. They are stylish with a beautiful gold logo across the instep. I recommend these shoes. Buy them!
