Disappointed

Ordered these online for curbside pickup, when they arrived the button was missing! Called customer service, they offered either a replacement or refund. I asked for the replacement. They insisted I must pack up and ship out the original damaged jeans and they will order my replacement to pick up in store. So instead of one original trip to the store, they want to inconvenience me twice to the store and an additional trip to ship out, for their damaged product!!! It’s been a week and haven’t heard anything back. I’m incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with this service. At the very minimum ship it to my house! But even when I go into my account, it doesn’t say that the new jeans are pending or anything. Now I need to waste more time to call them back tomorrow.

Sooo in right now!
