Warm but not holding up

My daughter says it's very warm but the back of it is pilling. Not sure if it is from rubbing against her backpack but fluff is coming out and she has only worn it about a month.

Quality

At first I thought my daughter rubbed into something at school but after I washed it it shrunk and I followed the instructions and the material is bad. I have purchased tjis brand before and this did not happen. I am not satisfied with this purchase.

We bought the black. My daughter loves it. She wanted thumb holes in her jacket. It runs a little snug. Will ideally last this season but not much longer.

Beautiful and durable jacket

This is such a great jacket! My daughter instantly loved the animal print, she says it’s nice and fuzzy inside. She mentioned it’s soft as a pillow. I have no complaints, it looks like a very durable jacket; perfect for winter weather. It has these beautiful long, softly cuffed, sleeves. Which is great; the jacket won’t be loose around her wrists.
