Never received item

Ordered it on May 15. Said it was being shipped by UPS, that it was transferred over to USPS and I’ve not received an updated tracking information on it since May 27. Will not be ordering again from Macy’s. Called customer service and spoke via chat and kept telling me to wait another 2 to 3 business days. Still nothing.
