Horrible service

Macy service has really gone downhill ! They mailed my bag with the security tag on ! Now I have to figure out returning or going to a store to remove it ! The phone lines are a joke Very dissatisfied customer The bag itself not bad It’s large bulky short strap but good quality leather just like mentioned .

So disappointing. This bag is so heavy, there was no way I could load it up and carry it! Returned.

Bought in two colors. I love this bag.It's so underrated.The leather is thick and soft and pillowy.I just I bought it in like the plumbish color and I got it in a pastel green collar , same oh , it's so beautiful , I love it

Donna Karan Glenwood leather shoulder bag..

Beautiful soft leather bag... Looks exactly as pictured...shoulder strap is a bit shorter than the norm but I like to carry by hand or my arm. Very happy with this Donna Karan Glenwood bag!

strap on purse

Love the purse; it's beautiful, except the strap is not long enough for me. I am going to return the purse for that reason.

Gorgeous bag

Better than expected - beautiful bag. The soft blue color is nothing short of iconic but the stunning gold hardware sets jt off. It’s soft, well constructed and versatile. Fits more than enough yet beyond comfortable. Sits snugly on shoulder but can be easily carried by the handle. The picture does not do it justice!!!
