Poorly packed and delivered

This item arrived in a smashed box, shattered into many pieces. It's glass, and yet the package was not marked fragile. On top of that, it was in a thin cardboard box with no inside padding nor outside bubble wrap. Plus, it took more almost a month to arrive, days after I needed it for Thanksgiving. I am sooooo unhappy with this entire purchase process.
