Love the Tiro26 line

Im 6ft 220lbs and I use the Mediums since the provide a tighter workout oriented pants. If I am buying the travel pants which are not as stretchy I typically buy the large. If you are buying the top matching top you will find that Large fits very nice but a bit snug. If you plan to use it with layers then go with XL. I have the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Argentina pants since they are so nice.
