Triple Light Thermal Face & Neck Massager feels so good on the skin. I’m just not sure that I am seeing a difference in my complexion. It does make me feel like I am at least trying. ;-)

Broke very quickly

This tool was great when it worked. I've owned it for maybe 9 months and after charging it yesterday it now shuts off within seconds. I thought perhaps I hadn't recharged it enough so left it on overnight and still the same issue. Not impressed with a tool that doesn't last.

The device has had consistent

The device has had consistent use but not long enough to see a difference in the skin. The red and green lights have been used the most. No real skin issues to warrant using the blue light. Although it was used after dermaplaning.

Massager mode never worked

I bought one of these and only the lights worked. The vibration mode would work for a split second and then stop. I’ve looked for trouble shooting answers and found none. I guess the lights working is good but it would be great it the vibration part did. Wish I could get an answer to why it’s not working g.

Great and easy to use

I thought the light therapy in this little hand held tool was great but couldn’t get the vibration to work. Well, silly me…. . the tool has a cover on it ! I TOOK OFF THE COVER AND VOILA! Vibration worked! It looks like part of the tool but it’s a white-ish colored cap. I like it even more now!
