Big quality issue

I purchased this Michael Kors toddler coat and unfortunately the sleeve tore even before the first time she wore it. I thought it might have been a laundry issue, but then 2 weeks after the 2nd sleeve tore as well. I expected better quality for the brand and the price. Very disappointed.
