Uncomfortable plastic material that itches

Super itchy and uncomfortable to wear! I don’t know why anyone else hasn’t mentioned this but it feels so plasticy and cheap much like a costume. There are elastic bands around the arms that feel uncomfortable against the skin and the entire piece itches.
