Quality Issues

All Show and No Go. The "Metal" is confusedly described, w/o mention of cork materials. Toxic to humans?The corks are coated like "Shining Stainless Steel", but they are as light as a feather. I even dare not move the "Cart" an inch because it wobbles and creaks with 11 bottles of bourbon on the bottom glass. The cart is Neither Stable Nor Secure.
