Never got the Fathers Day Ring

My notification says "delivered", but I never received my package. I wrote to the company and they are no help at all. They just tell me that according to the carrier that they hired and the tracking that it was delivered. They told me that I need to look in the bushes and pots in the yard etc... I have a camera and I can see that no one has delivered a package to my house. The company wont contact the carrier for me at all! I will never buy anything from them again because once it leaves their building they don't feel they have any more responsibility to the customer. Very bad service!!!! I do not recommend!!
