Baller Jacket

This jacket and fit are wonderful for my 13-year-old boy who wanted to" look like a baller." The jacket and lining are high quality, but the buttons look super cheap and likely need to be replaced for an elevated look. The fit is good.

Never received the order

Never received the order!! Called Macys customer service 4 times during the past month regarding the issue, and I was advised that they would issue a refund. Until now still not see a refund on my credit card. I always enjoyed shopping online with Macys and never had any issues. I don’t know what happened to them this time???? Can someone please contact me regarding this matter?
