Received A Worn Shoe

I received my order today and the right shoe has creases on it. It looks worn while the left shoe looks brand new! I was just informed that the boots are not able to be returned!

I always loved franco Sarto boots. Now that I've worn out the others years ago, I decided to give another try. This wasn't comfortable enough to keep. Very narrow for my 10+ inches long and 4+ inches wide feet that craves comfort more than style. I had to return these boots because I'm out here trying not to develop bunions and other foot problems from shoes. Like a crying baby who cannot speak, so he cries, listen to your feet when it tells you when it doesn't like the shoes by making you feel pain. I recommended only for narrow feet.

Comfy, but sized down

I love these comfortable boots. I have horrible feet, so that is saying a lot. I did have to size down 1/2 size. I was skeptical about them fitting and having to return and reorder, because I don't have any shoes in that small; but they fit perfectly.

Zippered leather shoe boots

Really nice boots. A little stiff but all new shoes and boots are stiff right out of the box. My only complaint is that the soles are smooth.
