Never received my item

Well I think I might have loved it. That is if I would had gotten it. I ordered the item and had a delivery date. But I nevered received it so called your help line and I was told UPS returned the item but at the same time as I was on the phone with a Macy's representative. He then told me that the item was no longer available and I was issued a refund. So yes,, I think I would have loved it. If I had gotten it.
