Diminished Expectations

The earrings on the website displayed white and yellow gold. However, once I received them, the website's image was diminished because the earrings had to be held a certain way to showcase the white gold. Additionally, one earring was terribly painful against my earlobe.

Where are my items?!?!?!

I have recieved an email every day that for the last 3 at least that i will be receiving the items... still nothing! Tracking info is useless!
