I didn’t receive the correct order. I couldn’t exchange the purse because I had to return it and reorder it which I bought it with a discount and I wouldn’t get it again! Horrible service

Disappointed!

Cute bag but was sent the wrong color. Ordered the coal color and they sent the brown one. Very disappointed. I even tried ordering it twice thinking it was a mistake but nope got the brown one again. Macys need to change the color on their website. Since it’s a hassle to return gonna just keep it.
