Arch Studio Carbon Steel Nonstick Turkey Roaster

I baked chicken thighs the first day I received it this nonstick bakeware, and I have no complaints. The chicken was extra crispy with a really nice color. Cleanup was easy due to the nonstick element. Just amazing!

Turkey Roaster

This Turkey roaster is the perfect size for a family of 6 turkey. However, I wish it did come with a lid as well. I used it recently and it was easy to clean. Nothing stuck to the pan and came off easily.

Turkey Roaster

Roaster is sturdy and decent size a 16 lbs bird may easily fit. I like that the handles are collapsible; saving oven space. It’s non stick carbon steel material. Note that it’s hand wash only. Save for oven to 425 F.

If you’re tired of heavy, clunky roasting pans, get this one. This Arch Studio pan is the perfect middle ground—it feels tough enough to last for years, but it’s light enough that I don't struggle getting it in and out of the oven.
