Really liked the shirts and the stretch in the shirts but I had to send the shirts back because they run big

Late Delivery and Unable to Return

My item was lost in the mail. Despite reaching out several times and trying to return the item after I did receive it Macys said it was a third party item and they couldn’t help. I was never able to return it even after the customer service rep said Lands End would contact me, they never did. I will never order another product from Lands End due to their lousy customer service.
