Jo Malone pomegranate noir

I actually use this gorgeous oil right after I shower. I am complimented on the scent every time. I do switch the cap for one that I do not have to unscrew. If you're looking for a luxurious gift, for yourself or someone else, you will not go wrong with this.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered the pomegranate noir bath oil hoping to layer with the lotion and cologne of the same scent because the scent doesn't last. The oil was totally void of the scent and I contacted customer service and no response! These products are way too pricey to not deliver quality products, caring, courteous, professional and compassionate customer service. I'm really disappointed in Jo Malone.
