Frangos Forever

I grew up with Frango Mints, from Marshall Fields, and even had some in my college dorm room. I’m in my 80s now and still love them and always will. I appreciate Macy’s to have them available.

Marshall Fields Christmas memories recalled

Bought these Frango mint candy tin for two reasons - Liked Frango mints but second, more important reason is the tin brought back Christmas memories of eating in this Marshall Fields restaurant in their main Chicago store. Separately, I did buy Frango mints in a different box.

Damaged

One of my tin boxes was damaged, bent and scratched on one side, I couldn’t give it as a gift at Xmas. Don’t they inspect the product before shipping it to customers? That’s really bad.

Frango Chocolates Marshall Fields Tin

Why was this order canceled This order was canceled NOT by me! I was not notified by Macy's and was waiting for it to arrive as per the tracking details. It was ordered Thanksgiving weekend. I discovered by chance that it was cancelled on Dec 17! This is not how Macy's treated a customer in days past. Very disappointing indeed. Customer Service was completely useless.

Great chocolates but terrible service!

Great Chocolates, I gift every Christmas. However, both orders were canceled and reordered due to out of stock, them were in stock, then canceled again. I changed my order to a different package and that was out of stock. Reordered again and got them Dec 18th about 3 weeks after ordering and just before my Christmas party.
