My mistake.

Beautiful jacket. Great quality. Warm and soft material. If they could only describe it better. I bought it to use it myself (adult) but it is only for kids!!! I tough “big boys” was part of the brand or model. I couldn’t return it since it is final sale so I gave it to my nephew!!

Sized wrong

The online ad says XL (18), when it should say XL (12). Now, i am stuck with a coat that i cannot return because sales are final. Fix your ad!

Boys coat

I bought it in December for my son, but he didn't use it until the end of January. The zipper broke almost right away and Macy's will not return or exchange because I just missed their return window.
