Warning coating came off on 2nd use

I bought this because of the nonstick surface, I used it once at 325F and yesterday I decided I’d make a roast it was larger so I took out my roast pan . well to my surprise all of the coating came of when I went to wash it by hand mild soap!

Lightweight and durable!

Thrilled to receive this roasting pan to try and review. I’ve needed a covered version and this one is perfect. Great size—accommodates a mid-size turkey, large chicken or a large beef roast. The nonstick surface of the pan itself and the raised rack makes cleanup a breeze. The handles are ample enough to pull the pan in and out of oven with oven mitts on. The domed lid adds space inside the pan which was appreciated. Great addition to our kitchen.

Do Not Buy

I was really pleased with this deal at first. I purchased it for Thanksgiving and it worked perfectly, after all, it is just a roaster. I used it three (3) times total. I hand washed it every time. It was used in a moderate oven (325 - 350 degrees). I cooked two chickens and a turkey in it. Never touched it with a metal utensil (I don't own any). After the third use, I noticed that it didn't look clean after washing and drying, so with my fingernail, I tried to scrape the residue off. It was the nonstick coating. It has flaked off of the sides and bottom of the pan, now silver is showing through and I can't use it as it will continue to flake now!! Do not buy this, especially since I can't find anywhere that says I can return it now that it is unusable.

Lovely roaster

This oven roaster has been good so far. It cooks the meat quite well. I love how spacious it is, which allows you to roast a bigger chicken or a turkey. I also like how easy it is to clean. Since its non stick cleaning is a breeze!

After four uses the pan is useless. Wasted money

I purchased this roaster in October 2025 to use for the holidays. It cooked beautifully but after the fourth use the coating peeled. Now it is useless and was a waste of money.
