Not smooth

Product pulls skin then skips leaving dashes. Upon trying to massage them into a line, product flaked. What a mess! Purchased because of allergies but will go back to the eyeliner I have.

Tossed it

This didn’t apply very well or last. Pencil dried out so it wouldn’t go on at all. I tossed it. I like the other eyeliners better. This was a waste to time and $$.
