arrived snagged

The fit and wieght of the swaeyer fabric is satisfactory. However, the item arrived snagged in two areas and my local Macy's would not return the damaged item since it was "Last Act".

Beautiful but returned due to snags

This sweater was very soft and thick, but I received it with two small snags and could tell it was due to the rhinestone detail at the neckline. It’s really a beautiful sweater but I wish there was some way to ensure that the rhinestone casings will not snag the sweater while washing. I returned it.
