Arrived broken

This item arrived broken. The entire side was smashed in. It was not bubble wrapped, the box it was in was too small, and there was no “fragile” sticker on the box. I knew it was broken before I even opened it because I could hear the glass tinkling around inside. I returned it to a Macy’s store. When I got home I realized she had not reimbursed me the $10 shipping. I called to complain and the man said he would reimbursed my account. Hasn’t happened. He asked if I would take a survey and I agreed, and then he hung up on me. Terrible, terrible, terrible service from Macy’s. I will never order from them again. I ordered ornaments for everyone this year and I had no problem with any other companies. All the other ornaments arrived bubble wrapped in boxes labeled ‘fragile’ and in excellent condition. All Macy’s ornament had for protection was one sheet of some sort of paper thin foam.
