BEAUTIFUL formal dress

All the sequins and stitching sets this dress apart from plain dresses. Fluffy but not like a tutu. My intent was for her to wear it to her Daddy/Daughter dance. She is a rough and tumble 2 year old, but when she saw this fancy dress, she hugged it and spun around a bit! (then, she threw it on the floor!)
