Failed Christmas gift -delivery was not honored

I paid for 2 to 3 business day delivery, and it's been over a week. it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and paying for fast delivery didn't make a difference. the dress has not arrived yet. very disappointed

bought this for my daughter's holiday show. It is such a beautiful dress! She received so many compliments. She is 8.5yrs old and wears size 8 going into 10. We got an 8 and it fits with a little room to grow.
