INC Top 2 Sizes Too Big

This item runs about 2sizes to large! I have never had this problem with INC tops. If it wasn’t a Last Act item I would have returned it immediately! I recently had a quadruple bypass so I’m trying to replace some of my tops to cover my incision. I loved the embellishments on this particular top.
