Scratched and dinged pots

The set I received were scratched and couple of pots have ding on them. The grey mat is not on the box either

Incompetent shipping

This gift was for my mom For Christmas I’m really insulted that you sent her gift back to the sender it was in Forrest City At 5 miles from g get the destination and ended back in Maryland this is crazy and I never received an email from Macys that I wasn’t being delivered.
