PILE OF BROKEN GLASS....SECOND TIME

Not sure Macys will allow this, it is the second time I have posted, so we will see. This new delivery service that Macys is using called VEHO must be really cheap. The delivery guy got about two foot from my front door and tossed the box....well, not it is nothing but glass shards. They said they would send be another shipment and I asked them to NOT USE VEHO....well, it is coming via VEHO, cant' wait.

PILE OF BROKEN GLASS....SECOND TIME

The first time I received this, a delivery service tossed this 4pc Glass Canister Set from about 2 foot away from my front door. Guess what it turned into, a pile of glass shards that spilled onto my porch floor. I asked them nicely to NOT USE VEHO DELIVERY for the 2nd shipment....they told me they would not use them, but they were not truthful. I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED BROKEN, that does not make sense.

Damaged Product

My jar set was delivered and it was broken in pieces. I know that this is a non-returnable item but I would hope that that would be the case if the item came intact. I am hoping you will consider either a refund or a replacement for this. I will be more than happy to send back what was received

meh

wire bail jars are NOT recommended for water bath canning. doubt if these are reliable for any type of preservation. very pretty for storage. had been going to use mine for homemade cookies/candies as gifts, but the ends of the wire on the bails is HORRIBLY sharp and could probably cut/hurt unsuspecting cookie thieves. but they're cute!

I love the set, unfortunately half of it arrived broken. Macy's did replace the broken items.

Arrived broken to multiple pieces

It was shipped with out any cautions like handle with care -galss inside. And when arrived we could hear the broken glass before even opening the package. Very disappointed

Bad packing

The item was including in a bigger box of other clothing item, it was looses and there was no marking on handle with care. As the result, the jar box sounded broken inside even without opening the box.
