Not 100 percent cotton as described

This product was not as described. It is not 100 percent cotton. It is a cotton polyester blend !! I am so disappointed, the lavender color is gorgeous . It is tiresome to spend all that time searching for 100 percent cotton products and getting polyester instead. For health reasons, I don’t wear microplastics, and polyester is one.

Unacceptable customer service

Wrong item was sent to me. When returning it to Macy’s store in person, the customer service received was terrible. The lady who helped me was rude. She didn’t greet me with smile. She didn’t showed any sympathy when I told her what happened. She just stared at me like telling me she doesn’t care. Then she told me to read her the order number and UPC code to her. She was cold and was not courtesy.

I love this cropped sweatshirt!!

Love this sweatshirt.....it fits well - not bulky in the arms like most sweatshirts. The length is stylish and perfect! It is so soft and comfortable...
