baby boys gift

I am sorely disappointed with Macys. I looked at many baby outfits for a gift to a newborn in NY. I selected an adorable navy jacket, onesie, and pants and filled in the names and address of the baby in NY. Not only was the outfit sent to ME instead of the baby, but I was also sent FOUR more outfits that I had looked at BUT NOT ordered. A customer service rep then sent a Different shirt and pants to the baby. She could not understand English well and was terribly confused.
