Garment a No Go

This is a lovely garment for a tall person. I am 5" tall and the garment was down to my ankles. I wanted to coordinate this with all my Tahari tops that match. Disappointed I couldn't keep it because it is very beautifully constructed, soft , cuddly, & practical.
