Terrible and disgusted

I purchased this comforter 8 pieces. When I received it there wasn't any wrapping on the product. The comforter appeared to be used. No plastic wrapping at all. The bedsheets, pillowcases, bed skirt and shams were missing. I felt as though it was a product that had been returned to Macy's store. It appeared used.
