poor quality

missing parts and damaged . the item was missing hard ware so we had to take the instructions to the local hard ware store to buy parts. Also connections parts were bent so we had to repair them to make it work . overall poor quality but a big hassle to repackage and send back so on this one I think I got a bit screwed. I know Macy's wold take it back no problem however mail order and preparing for shipping is the issue. This is why we opted to buy replacement parts. Would have like some kind of compensation on this. It was was really below standards for Macy's
