Ripped Off

I ordered these these pants online . I was supposed to them up from the the G Street store in Washington D.C. I received an email saying that they they had been been picked up. I never picked them up. It wasn't me. Macy's claims that they have looked into the matter but refuses to issue a refund or provide any explanation for how they reached their conclusion. After being a loyal and on-time paying customer for over ten years I'm closing my account.

Comfy

The fabric is very soft and has a little stretch. I’m 5’2 1/2 and will have to get them hemmed. I’m really happy with the purchase especially since I got them on sale. They are perfect for the office. Recommend the purchase
