I had a hiccup with my Christmas order, One of my first packages got lost in transit, But a HUGE shoutout to Macy's customer service! They were so helpful and quick to reship my order. The replacement package just arrived in time for Christmas. Super happy with the products (got some awesome gifts!) and even happier with the service.
