Change in underwear makes it unbearable

I have been buying Calvin Klein cotton briefs for many many years. Suddenly, the last two sets of six pair and five pair briefs I bought from Macy’s. The waistband is now super thick super stiff comes out of the laundry totally twisted impossible to straighten and very, very uncomfortable to wear. I will no longer be purchasing this.

The package arrived with a large tear in the bag. I ordered two pairs of men’s shorts, but only one pair was inside the package. One pair appears to be missing.

HUGE!! Giant disappointment

We had bought mediums previously. I saw this set of large and we were disappointed. These are HUGE. I went back to my previous order and didn't see the difference. Then I found the only difference was "51" in the name. I don't know what that stands for but we will be returning these. Didn't even bother to try on you could see through the plastic bag. Gigantic!

boxers versus briefs versus boxer briefs

They were what I was looking for. I guess I wanted just "boxers", not "boxer briefs". I should have checked them out in person. Not a fan of online shopping.
